TG101209 is a JAK2 inhibitor with an IC50 of 6 nM, and also inhibits FLT3, RET, and JAK3 with IC50 values of 25, 17 and 169 nM, respectively. It was shown to suppress growth of hematopoietic colonies from primary progenitor cells harboring JAK2V617F or MPL515 mutations, and induce cell cycle arrest in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells expressing JAK2V617F.
