Details
NH-3, a derivative of selective thyromi-metic GC-1, is an orally active and reversible thyroid hormone receptor (THR) antagonist with an IC50 of 55 nM. It inhibits the binding of thyroid hormones to their receptors and inhibits cofactor recruitment.
