Details
Neuropeptide W-23 (human), the active form of Neuropeptide W, is an endogenous peptide agonist of Neuropeptide B/Neuropeptide W receptors NPBW1 and NPBW2 (previously known as GPR7 and GPR8 respectively). It dose-dependently inhibited cAMP accumulation induced by forskolin in CHO-GPR7 and CHO-GPR8 cells, with IC50 values of 0.025 and 0.178 nM, respectively.
