Details
Namoline, a γ-pyrone with potential in androgen-dependent prostate cancer research, is a selective and reversible inhibitor of lysine-specific demethylase 1 (LSD1) with an IC50 of 51 μM in HRP-coupled enzymatic assay. It impairs LSD1 demethylase activity and blocks cell proliferation.
