Details
SEA0400 is a selective inhibitior of Na+/Ca2+ exchanger. In an MPTP mouse model of Parkinson's disease, SEA0400 prevents dopaminergic neurotoxicity. It has an obvious suppressing effect on tachyarrhythmias induced by digitalis in in vivo canine models.
