PF-06840003 is a highly selective inhibitor of IDO1 (IC50 = 0.41mcM), an immunosuppressive enzyme induced by multiple cancers. Study in vitro showed that PF-06840003 led to IDO-1-induced T-cell anergy. Study in vivo revealed that it significantly suppressed tumor growth in combination with avelumab in mouse model.
