Details
RK-397 is a macrolide antibiotic produced by Streptomyces sp. 87-397. It is cytotoxic against human leukemia HL-60 and K-562 cells at a concentration of 50 μg/mL. It induces bleb-formation on K-562 cells at the concentrations over 0.05 μg/mL.
