MRX-2843 is a dual inhibitor of MerTK and FLT3 with IC50 values of 1.3 and 1 nM, respectively. It induces apoptosis and inhibits colony formation in AML cell lines and other tumor cells expressing MERTK and/or FLT3-ITD. Treatment with MRX-2843 significantly prolonged survival of AML mouse models.
