Details
ML-7 is a potent and selective inhibitor of myosin light chain(MLC) kinase with Ki value of 0.3 μM. It has been shown to protect cardiac function from ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury. It inhibts smooth-muscle myosin light chain kinase, protein kinase C (PKC) and cAMP-dependent protein kinase (PKA).
