HA-1004 is a potent inhibitor of PKA and PKG with Ki values of 2.3 and 1.4 μM, respectively. It also inhibits PKC and calcium channel protein. HA-1004 was studied as a relaxant for rabbit aortic strips contracted by various agonists, suggesting its potential use for vasorelaxation.
