Details
Emricasan is a pan-caspase inhibitor with antiapoptotic and antiinflammatory activity. It was shown that emricasan decreased caspase activity, serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and hepatic fibrogenesis in a murine model of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis.
