PNU 22394 is virtually a full agonist at 5-HT2C receptors (87% of 5-HT), but a partial agonist at 5-HT2A (65% of 5-HT), and 5-HT2B (<15% of 5-HT) receptors. It is non-selective between 5-HT2 receptor subtypes (Ki = 18, 18, and 66 nM for human recombinant 5-HT2C, 5-HT2A, and 5-HT2B receptors, respectively).
